We yelped "Mexican" and this place popped up! Love the charm of the place and the friendly service. Ordered the house Margarita which was fantastic, and the CBO Enchiladas which were OFF THE CHARTS good! A little on the spicy side just how we like it. We are glad we came across this place and hope to come back and try more dishes.

If you are looking for American Mexican food this is the place. The two people I was with, their food was covered with a thick layer of greasy cheese. I got the Tijuana tacos which were actually okay for an Americanized Mexican place. I don't know what the fried ice cream was battered with but it was okay. If you've never had real, authentic Mexican food you might like this place, if you have, you won't.

Great food in WI! The southwest rolls appetizer came with a sweet chipolte dipping sauce that was amazing and made in house. I had prime rib that was cooked perfectly. Very nice meal!

Food is very good and the daily specials are a deal. Great atmosphere which reflects the background of the restaurant.

This place was perfect for a quick and tasty lunch on our way home from Door County. Our server, Alex, was very attentive and friendly which can be rare wherever you eat out.

Never had a bad experience. Definitely go on the nights that they are offering their half-price margaritas. I believe it is Thursday night (or at least that was the night they were on special the last time I was there). I really like the shredded chicken burritos with the white cheese sauce. So delicious that I get it every time!

I just attempted to have an early dinner/snack and had a horrible time. The margaritas were quite good, but when I got my food I was quite shocked to find a nice long white hair on the top of my burrito sauce! I immediately showed the bartender, and she offered to have my food re-made. I said no because I did not want to wait another 15 minutes. When the bill came around, the burrito was taken off and that is it. No attempt was made by management to apologize for my inconvenience. For the price of the food on the menus, I would expect better customer service by management. My guest's burrito was a whopping $18+...like one person said below, it shouldnt cost $2 to add guacamole and sour cream. The thing that irks me the more I write this review, is that management has not even paid attention to the comments below (let alone responded). I will never come back to this place, even if it were for free.

It's all relative... I must say I really enjoyed Tucson's. After trying Los Banditos and being thoroughly disappointed, Tucson's was an enjoyable meal. Thursday nights they serve half priced margaritas that were pretty good, chips and salsa were tasty, and the shrimp wrap I had was decent and more than I could eat after the house salad it came with. Service was attentive and friendly. While I've only been once, it seems like the kind of place you can have a reliable decent meal in a bar-and-grille atmosphere with or without the kids. They have a little something for everyone.

I don't know why I keep trying this place, except that it's close to my home, more or less. A friend and I went last night, on a Thursday to partake in their burrito and margarita special. The waitress never brought us water, argued that they could not modify the amount of tequila in the margarita i ordered (I only wanted one shot rather than two in the large size as I prefer not to taste the booze) and then never bothered apologizing when she brought the one shot margarita to the table. They "can't" make the "special" burritos with substitutions or omit any of the ingredients because they are pre made, which makes me feel as if they are just reheating old food. I guess that's why it's cheaper, despite being gigantic. She never brought the side of sour cream I ordered (although, to be fair, despite having a whole weird discussion about it while I was trying to place my order, she also never charged me for it, so she must have been too busy waxing eloquent about the loveliness that is sour cream and forgot to write it down) and she never came back to see if we needed anything, just dropped the check off without a word and once we had paid, we didn't see her again for the next two hours that we sat and visited. We ended up flagging down another waiter and ordering waters after an hour and really would have ordered more margaritas if we would have had a chance. The food is mediocre and I would say the service leaves a LOT to be desired.

My husband and I went there for lunch and order off the express fast menu. My husband ordered two tacos and I ordered a enchilada with rice and beans. While we waited we were given good tasting chips and salsa. The Pepsi cola were cold and served in red soda plastic cups. The decor of the restaurant was nice and the atmosphere was great. I food arrived quickly, less than 8 minutes. The food was hot and the white cheese on my enchilada was great. Will go back at dinner and hope it is just as good.

Was only there once a while ago and haven't been able to bring myself to return. Service was very slow and they weren't very busy. 15-20 minutes before we got menus, and the same until we ordered. Saw our waitstaff once right after we got our food and had to flag someone to give us our check well after we had finished. No drink refills, no checking in. Was missing a side dish, but luckily wasn't charged for it either. Ribs were very very dry and slathered in vet spicy barbecue sauce that made my lips and mouth burn. Have heard good/mediocre reviews from friends, but nothing to make me rush back.

Same quality as an Applebees with more Southwestern flair. Food was just ok...nothing to get excited about. Ok spot for a quick lunch.

Visited Tuscon's after moving daughter and son-in-law to Bellevue area. Love the atmosphere and the wait staff. The food was very good. I had the tuna chipotle wrap. We will stop by again sometime when we visit the kids.

Awesome food. I do have to ding them a little for having all the tables on the back wall looking into the server station and kitchen, but the food more than makes up for it. Good margaritas too

Tucson's is pretty good, especially compared to whatever other Southwestern food is available in Green Bay. My burrito was pretty yummy, and even the guacamole was good. The atmosphere was alright; definitely better than some gaudy chain like Applebee's, but it still needs a little more soul. And it has those booths made for people three feet deep, ugh. Still, I'd go back.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
